CHORUS- You have to be big to be a pumpkin in a pumpkin patch, You have to be big to be a pumpkin, that no-one can match, You have to be big- really big, Bigger than a ripe plump fig. You have to have weight to be a pumpkin in a pumpkin zoo, You have to have weight to be a pumpkin, to know what to do, You have to grow broad, learn to hoard, Even try and turn into a gourd. ( Chorus ) You have to be thick to be a pumpkin in a pumpkin show, You have to be thick to be a pumpkin and never let go, You have to be tough, gruff and rough, And never let go of your stuff ! ( Chorus ) You have to be rich to be a pumpkin in a pumpkin soup, You have to be rich to be a pumpkin to scoup the coup, You have to have flavour, you can savour, And even try to curb your behaviour! (Chorus )

Oh, Mother Ocean, carry me along now, Oh Mother Ocean, sing me a brave song now, Rocking me , gently- Feeding me, constantly. Oh.......

Patrick Potter had a really fine farm, He had a beaut red tractor, that he kept in his barn, Working in his garden was a treat and a charm, Picking pumpkins pulses potatoes in each arm. Farming days, collecting hay, making compost heaps with lots of worms, Gives red cheeks to those who speak, Fondly of the work that they have done- Helping Brother Sun. (Helping Sister Moon- Helping Father Star- Helping Mother Earth) Prudence Potter had two true bright black cows, she kept them in a paddock full of clover , to browse, They gave her lots of milk and cream and unexpected flowers, Going drip drop, drip drop, drip drop, near her blowse. Penelope Potter had six chickens and a duck, She had a ventriloquist goose that rode up near her in her truck, Even on her horse , she was praying for good luck, For goose would lay four eggs on legs and cluck.
4.
Eagles fly from Point Lookout to Urunga Shores, where dolphins leap out, Rainforest bird sings gentle song, while platypus just swims along. CHORUS- Bellinger River from Mountain to sea, touching the hearts of those who live near to me, twisting and turning through valley and gorge, pouring out wonder wherever you set your forge! The river floods and cleans away, the old debris that people have made (people have made) The pristine sparkle of fresh life, brings joys anew and marvels are rife,(marvels are rife). ( Chorus ) The Cedar Tree sits delicately, poised in rainforest dark gully,( dark gully) heading for the light that hovers above, where people place their songs of love,(songs of love). ( Chorus )
5.
Will the seeds you sow unfold, as you sprinkle them with cold, Water from the river, take your chance. The scent of blossoms on the trees, brings the humming of the bees, While all the sylphen fairies do their dance. Chorus - In springtime if you sing a song , The baby animals dance along, Cool caterpillars nibble on the shiny leaves, You can make a daisy chain or help the farmers pray for rain, While the beak o the bird builds a nest, from the finest of weaves. Now the days are getting longer and the sunlight beams are stronger, While winter woolies worn months ago are going, gone! As golden Jacaranda falls Regent Bower Bird enthrals And snoozing snakes are waking, one by one. (Chorus )
6.
As you wander on alone, far without a home, Catch the smile on the flowers around you, They will show you how the bees fly to their hive. Chorus - For every beehive has its drop of honey, To give you strength for the new day, To take you on into a different world, to show you another way. Everytime that you are lost on a track, and you cannot find your way back - Everytime that you need a friend, you will hear the bees buzzing, with a song that never ends. ( Chorus )
7.
The poet, the painter , the candlestick maker, they all give us gifts for our house. They lighten the burden of loneliness And brighten the sun within. CHORUS So breathe it and feel it and take it with glee, The real gifts of this world are given for free- And when the time comes to repay the deed, Contribute to the light - Give tribute to the light - With joy let your work met the need. The surveyor the builder the forester the farmer , they all give us gifts we enjoy, They change the land on which we stand, They give us the light from their hands. The miller ,the baker ,the nurse and the potter , They all provide strength when we need, They change the land on which we stand, They give us the light from their hands. BRIDGE - Imagine the world were no-one could make , All of the beautiful things that we have, Oh someone must save , Oh someone must brave it - So learn your lessons, learn your lessons well. Your mother ,your father , your sister , your brother Have worked hard to carry you through, The fact they are there and friends in despair, Gives you the help for repair.

Good morning to earth, sea and sky, Behold the beauty passing by! With waves of wonder open eyes - You’ll find the world full of surprise. Life is a journey that takes us far, One we can travel no matter who we are, As much as we put in, comes out in the wash, Every step we learn will never be squashed, For your spirit is sublime - It works wonders every time. Find the indestructible core inside, That rises above sleep and takes you far and wide, As hard as you listen,as hard as you seek, Angels will support you, Your course is unique!

Storytime 02:32
Come and paddle in the water on the lake - Come and listen to the story it can make - Come and fetch a line and fish upon the beach - There’s a mystery waiting there just out of reach. Distant lands and times and faces, make us all aware - Etch their pictures in our spaces - follow if you dare!
10.
Chorus: Come travel with the wind and catch the sunshine, Come glide by the waters, and gather the moonshine, Come seek out the spaces and snare the star shine, As we explore all day. Come walk in the bush and gather flowers, Come sit by the creek for hours and hours, Come follow track of the wild bush calling, When we camp away ! Come light up a fire and gather round it. Come listen to the stories of brave deeds founded, Come follow the tracks of the wild bush calling, As we camp away!

How many mermaids in a pipi shell ? 1 (2,3,4,5,10) or 2 (4,6,8,10,20) or 3 (6,9,12,15,30) may dwell . You must be small if you want to sell, pipis on the ocean floor. Mult and Ply are keen to grow - plants from all the world they show ! Trouble is when they can’t stop, beans growing over the mountain top. Mult and Ply are keen for more, Tiger Lillies by the score - Trouble is when you turn around, the tigers growl but can’t be found. Mult and Ply they like to dream, of the waves where they have been - Trouble is when it’s wake time - the vines have tied them to the washing line. Mut and ply are identical twins - they look the same except for their grins - The trouble is when they hiccup - you think your eyes are just playing up.

Once there was a wizard called Iris, New he was at his game. He would try to turn into raindrops, Instead he would burst into flame. Chorus- In the wink of an eye he could change into sky, Or travel on the wings of a bird. But if he’d start sneezing while spellls he was weaving, The results would end up quite absurd. You might feel that hiding a mountain, Under your bed is so strange. But would you let a fast flowing fountain, Appear in your lounge for a change. (Chorus) Changing weather all together, is not the easiest thing. Snow bound, floodbound, heat ‘til you swelter, You never know what he’ll bring. ( Chorus )
15.
You have to see the world is smiling at you, Know the world is laughing with , Feel the world is crying for you, When your joys and sorrows meet. You have to touch a star wherever you are, You have to feel the ground beneath safe and sound, Use your hands to make this world grand,Spreading colours at your feet. CHORUS - Come and join the band of active people, Reach out now and become one, Come and join the band of active people,Everyone is needed to make some fun, Everyone. You have to dance awhile, to make people smile, Wriggle a lot- “in case they forgot” Twirl around, the world knows the sound, When dancing angels meet. You have to sing awhile, make faces with style, Yoddle oh ho, Yes yoddle oddle oddle oddle oh. Whistle and tweet and make it unique, So that we can tap our feet. ( Chorus )

about

This family friendly album is tried and tested. It is fun to sing along to and the songs are memorable. The lyrics are thoughtfully poetic and filled with strong imagery.
